Utilizing the power of fillable PDF forms, Singularity Forms hosts the form, collects data, images the completed form, and when coupled with Singularity Workflow, enters a completed form into a workflow process. Singularity Forms offers a robust online solution offering real-time data collection and form imaging for later retrieval without the need for additional development or complex training.
Integration
Operating at two levels, Singularity Integration works at combining the Singularity Suite with ERP Systems at the user interface and database levels. Data obtained from Singularity Forms and Singularity Capture can be transferred in either real-time or batch format, resulting in matching data between the multiple systems. Built to be completely flexible, the data file formats or real-time integrations can be customized to meet a specific business’ needs.
